Running events can be tough business. It goes a long way to plan and coordinate events as far in advance as possible. Because of this, we ask that all deposits be paid 90 days in advance of the event. Any commitments made in which the deposit is not received with this window may be honored or vacated at the sole discretion of the Wright.
Events may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to the event and are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Events cancelled within this window are subject to a partial refund, or no refund at all, at the discretion of the Wright.
