Older than sliced bread (true story) and with more comebacks than a rock star, the Wright Opera House has lived many lives: high society balls, a Texaco station, and today a thriving performance venue. Discover how two determined wives transformed a rowdy mining town, from the iconic Mesker iron facade that survived two floods to backstage secrets of the restored 1888 architecture.
Tour Times: Tuesdays at 2:00 PM, Wednesdays at 10:00 AM (~1.5 hours) Cost: $20 per person · 4-person minimum Good to Know: Fully ADA accessible · kid-friendly · photos welcome (no video, please) Air Conditioned
