Happy Little Trees: Classes @ the Wright
"MEADOW STREAM" Join Emma Kalff for a morning of coffee and painting at the Wright Opera House Community Room. Participants will follow along with a classic Bob Ross episode and create their own Bob Ross–style landscape painting.
All supplies are included, and no prior painting experience is necessary. Just bring your curiosity and enjoy a relaxed, creative morning inspired by the joy of painting.

Emma Kalff was classically trained in oil painting under American realist painter Auseklis Ozols at the New Orleans Academy of Fine Arts.
In 2018–19, Kalff traveled across the United States working on farms and painting the landscapes she encountered, creating a series titled Finding America.
The work gained recognition in Telluride, Colorado, where she held her first solo exhibition at Telluride Arts Headquarters Gallery in 2020.
Her work has since been featured in Southwest Art magazine’s “21 Under 31: Young Artists to Collect Now,” as well as in American Art Collector, Aesthetica, and Studio Visit magazines. In 2023 she was named an “Artist to Watch” by Plein Air Magazine.
Kalff’s paintings are held in both private and public collections and have been exhibited at the Wausau Museum of Contemporary Art. She is based in Colorado and represented by Abend Gallery in Denver.
